The Program is simple and relies upon the student's networking, sales and referral abilities. The student earns a 10% commission for every online purchase resulting from a direct referral to Lil' Diva's web site, and the purchaser receives a 25% discount for his or her first online order. As the student refers more customers to Lil' Diva's web site that result in purchases, the more money the student can earn. The student can keep track of commission earnings through Lil' Diva's web site and once a month, receives the commission either by check or PayPal® account.
